Staying at the Tiny House was such a lovely experience and perfectly Austin! The house itself is beautiful and the craftsmanship is absolutely stunning; though it is tiny, my husband and I were perfectly comfortable – we even had two bikes with us! The location is great – quiet surroundings of Travis heights, but you can walk to South Congress. Charlotte and Wolf are wonderful hosts and there for you the minute you need something. We really hope to come back!

Very cute house in a wonderful neighborhood. Instructions for the house were clear and helpful, and we had no issues checking in. The house was clean and tidy with everything one would need during the stay. Charlotte was not in town but checked in via message with us before and when we arrived. Perfect location. We were close to pretty much everything fun to do in Austin. Highly recommend staying at this house!

Charlotte was an extremely accommodating host, checking in with us far before our reservation to make sure that we had all the information we needed prior to our arrival. And the space itself is exactly as it is depicted in the photos; easily comfortable for 2-3 persons and very private. The best part of the listing is its location. It is so centralized, within walking distance of South Congress and First Street where there are a plethora of dining and shopping options, and within walking distance of the river front and downtown Austin. There is honestly no need to rent a vehicle if you are staying here – an Uber into the city proper is no more than $5-7 dollars tops. And yet, despite its close proximity, this home feels entirely secluded in the comfort of suburbia. The neighborhood is quiet and full of nature. There is no noise pollution. You hear the sounds of crickets outside the window at night. In other words, this was the perfect home-base for myself and my team during our stay.
