The Garden apartment is a favorite of our guests. There is a lovely little garden with fountain and small table and chairs. It has one bedroom with a comfy queen bed. Also a private bath and kitchen alcove with fridge, micro, stove with oven, cable TV, wifi, coffee maker, dishes and more. There is also a bar and small table and two chairs.
The apartment has many windows facing a private garden area. There is also access to the roof terrace with a 360 degree view of SMA. The house is located walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and the town square.
Nightly rate: $45 3 night minimum
Dec. – March $295 a week $795 month
April – June $195week $585 month
July – Nov. $250 week $685 month
Pricing is adjusted for a 2 week stay.
Long term 650 a month. For 6 months or more

This apartment is a little haven, away from the noise of Centro – you can get a good night’s sleep here! It’s got everything you need plus it’s great having a bit of private outdoor space. The roof terrace is a bonus too… lovely sunset views and somewhere to catch the breezes.
